Beirut ST70 | A
Side table
A cast brass side table shaped after the map of Beirut, where the city is translated into a precise yet expressive surface. Produced using a self-dissolving mold technique, the piece retains a raw, slightly irregular edge that reflects the complexity of its urban outline. Each area is defined by a different oxidation, creating a subtle topographic reading through tonal variation, while polished brass lines articulate boundaries and connections across the surface. This side table brings together material experimentation and architectural thinking, creating a presence that is both grounded and intriguing.
